NorthPaws Veterinary Center is proud to offer Eklin's advanced digital radiography for our patients. Radiographs are one of the most useful tests when it comes to diagnosing your pet. Radiographs are used to identify the location and severity of fractures, detect signs of heart disease, identify foreign bodies in your pet's stomach and much more.
Digital radiograph technology has many benefits for you and your pet. It produces high-quality, accurate images that result in
faster, more accurate and less-stressful diagnosis of your pet's
condition. These images also can be emailed or saved to a disc, allowing
for fast consultations with specialists, when necessary.
Ultrasound Services:
Our
on-site digital ultrasound machine is an invaluable tool in the
diagnosis of many diseases. Ultrasound allows us to employ non-invasive
technique to diagnose many internal problems and to monitor ongoing
conditions, all while maintaining a low-stress environment for the
patient. Like radiographs, we also offer review of the ultrasounds by a
board certified Radiologist if necessary to further evaluate the study.
A board certified specialist is also available by appointment to perform an ultrasound if needed.
