What's a Pet Portal?

• Pet Portals are private, secure web pages that contain your pet's health information and are available as a free service from NorthPaws Veterinary Center.  You can use your Pet Portal to manage your pet's health care and medication schedule, communicate with us online, and learn more about your pet's individual health and life-stage issues.

How can I get a Pet Portal?

• Click the "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" link (below) and provide us with your email address.
• Alternatively, visit our hospital or call us on the phone and give us your email address.
• Once you provide us with your email address you'll receive your password by email.

How do I view my Pet Portal?

• You view your Pet Portal by visiting our website and using your email address and password to sign in. You must have "cookies" turned on in your browser in order to sign-in. You can bookmark the sign-in page, but not your Pet Portal, since it exists only when you are actually signed in.
