VETERINARY ANIMAL CARE ATTENDANT:  NorthPaws is currently seeking an industrious, friendly, enthusiastic team player for a part-time Animal Care Attendant position. Animal Care Attendants are responsible for assisting the doctor and technicians, general housekeeping, maintenance of the surgical suite, instrument sterilization and inventory stocking. Animal Care responsibilities also include patient monitoring and basic nursing care under doctor supervision. Appropriate candidates must thrive in a very busy, fast-paced environment, be adept at multi-tasking efficiently, and demonstrate a sincere desire to exceed our clientele's expectations.  Animal care experience is preferred.  We have a great team-oriented group that works hard and has fun while doing it.

Our hospital hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturday 8am-3pm. We are closed on Sundays. Some evening shifts will be required.  Applicants must be flexible when it comes to scheduling. Hourly wage is $8.50. We provide a supervised training program.
