ViA

ViA is a new software system that has been installed at Northpaws.  We will be upgrading and going paperless this new year.  We thank you in advance for your patience over the next few months as we learn our new system.  Our goal is to provide you and your pet with the most advanced technology so that we can provide you with the best possible care.  We will now be able to keep photos of your pets as well.  As we move into our new hospital we will be able to track your pet as it moves through various areas of the hospital to give you up to date information for example if your pet is ready to go home.  Scheduling will be more organized. With having this new program our staff will be able to spend more time caring for our patients and their families.
