Instructions for Completing your
1. DOWNLOAD the Employment Application
2. OPEN the application using ADOBE Reader or Acrobat
Adobe Reader Version XI or later or Adobe Acrobat is required to digitally complete and save your application. A free Reader XI download is available here. Users whose software does not meet these specifications may experience difficulties saving their entries, resulting in the submission of a blank application.
3. SAVE A COPY of your completed application
Save you completed application by selecting "Save a Copy" under the Adobe File menu and giving it a new file name. Be sure to open your newly saved copy to double check that your entries are all there prior to submission!*

With a passion for providing outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills, a high level of motivation, a team-oriented mentality, and a willingness to go that "extra step," receptionists are responsible for greeting and cashing out clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments and maintaining the highest standard of client care at all times.
Technician Assistants are responsible for in hospital patient care and monitoring, assisting doctor and technicians during appointments, general housekeeping, inventory stocking, and client communication.
ANIMAL CARE ATTENDANT
Animal Care Attendants are responsible for assisting the doctor and technicians, general housekeeping, and inventory stocking.
EMERGENCY/CRITICAL CARE TECHNICIAN
The Emergency and Critical Care Techinican will assist veterinarians with emergency and non-scheduled care.
EXAM ROOM TECHNICIAN
Exam room technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, and performing laboratory procedures, as well as having a working knowledge of radiology, client communication, medical procedures, and pharmacy tasks.
